Our B&B is near the lake, with lavish spa waters and facilities (Parco Termale Villa Dei Cedri, Terme di Sirmione, Aquardens), rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the old city centre nearby Campagna. "B&B La Familia" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past.

Our property is the ideal location wellness and fitness at nearby spas, if you love the peace and quiet of nature, far from the bustle of the city.
Accommodation features

You can sign up for various excursions (cycling/mountain-biking) to enjoy local beauty spots.

Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00.
It is an Italian breakfast with salty.
On the table you can find:
fresh bread, croissants, cereals, yogurt, fruit juices, hard-boiled eggs, local salami, typical cheeses, coffee, tea, herbal teas.
We kindly ask you to advise if there are any intolerances as there is the possibility of food contamination.
The establishment does not have an on-site restaurant, however, upon request, for stays of at least 2 nights, it is possible to arrange communal lunches or dinners for guests. This way, you can enjoy typical local dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, in a cozy and familiar atmosphere. We would be happy to meet your requests and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

in the room there is a double bed and two sofa beds which open up on occasion and become 2 single beds, the room is fine for 2 people or a family of 3 or 4 people
For twenty years I have been a cook, I have had many satisfactions but also many disappointments that mark you and make you understand what is essential in life and the right order in which priorities must be put.
This is why I decided to create, in my home, a place where (few) people can feel at ease and share one of the most beautiful things there is, the family!
Food and anniversaries have always united families around a table in a home kitchen, offering unforgettable moments.
For this reason the "B&B La Familia" will be born and I hope that the kitchen of my house becomes a bit like everyone's family.
The B&B is located in the lower Lake Garda, surrounded by the Lessinia Mountains and the Morainic Hills.
An area rich in history and culture to visit and taste, a territory that can be traveled by bicycle among vineyards and olive groves.
